Your Joy! is now on!
Thanks to the generous support and encouragement from the members
of our DZRH Global Community, we will now be launching our second Share Your
Joy! project this December. This time, we will be sharing our blessings with the
thousands of unfortunate kababayan who are victims of the recent typhoons, especially Super Typhoon Reming.
There are hundreds of families in Southern Luzon who may not have a merry Christmas at all after losing their loved ones,
their homes, their livelihood. As most members of the DZRH Global Community have suggested, we have decided to donate
a larger part of the Share Your Joy funds to helping these families in Bicol and Southern Tagalog.
If our resources will allow, we may still bring some kids over to Star City through your benevolence. Or
we may conduct other relief operations in the other areas before the year is over. We shall await your suggestions.
We have just set up the account for Share
Your Joy! where you can send your donations for the activity, and for other upcoming
activities that our group will sponsor. The details are below. Since we don't have a formal organization yet to register,
we have decided to open a joint account in the name of Joe Taruc and Andy Vital, whose signatures will be required for any
withdrawals from the account. We have transfered the balance remaining from our previous donations to Share Your Joy! into this account.
